Refund Policy

1. General Overview

This Refund Policy sets out the conditions under which IASoft grants refunds for its digital, software, and hardware offerings.

2. Software and Digital Services

Refunds for digital goods and custom software development are governed by the following rules:

  • Perpetual Software Licences: Our one-time-purchase software products, including every paid edition of Axiom, carry a 14-day money-back guarantee. Request a refund within 14 days of purchase and we will issue it in full, no questions asked and no reason required. Editions distributed free of charge, such as Axiom Community, involve no payment and so have nothing to refund.
  • Custom Development: Deposits for custom software architecture and implementation are non-refundable once development has commenced.
  • Subscription Services: Subscriptions accessed via the Client Area can be cancelled at any time, but we do not offer prorated refunds for the remainder of the billing cycle unless explicitly stated.

3. Hardware and Electronic Systems

For hardware design and physical electronic systems, our policy is as follows:

  • Defective or damaged items upon delivery may be eligible for a replacement or a full refund.
  • Returns for non-defective hardware must be requested within 14 days of receipt and may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • Custom-built hardware systems are final sale and non-refundable.

4. Payment Processing

All approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment used during the transaction. Depending on your financial institution and the payment gateway used (PayPal), it may take several business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

5. Requesting a Refund

Email contact@iasoft.dev with the subject line “Refund Request” and your invoice number. For a purchase covered by the 14-day money-back guarantee in section 2, we issue the refund on receipt and will not ask you for a reason. For anything else, include your order details and the reason for the request and we will reply with a decision or a request for more information.
