Refund Policy

1. General Overview

At IASoft, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with our products and services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for our digital, software, and hardware offerings.

2. Software and Digital Services

Due to the nature of digital goods and custom software development, refunds are generally evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  • Custom Development: Deposits for custom software architecture and implementation are non-refundable once development has commenced.
  • Subscription Services: Subscriptions accessed via the Client Area can be cancelled at any time, but we do not offer prorated refunds for the remainder of the billing cycle unless explicitly stated.

3. Hardware and Electronic Systems

For hardware design and physical electronic systems, our policy is as follows:

  • Defective or damaged items upon delivery may be eligible for a replacement or a full refund.
  • Returns for non-defective hardware must be requested within 14 days of receipt and may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • Custom-built hardware systems are final sale and non-refundable.

4. Payment Processing

All approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment used during the transaction. Depending on your financial institution and the payment gateway used (PayPal), it may take several business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

5. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order details and the reason for your request. We will review your request and get back to you with a decision or to ask for additional information.
