Purchases of our software products are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle, which handles payment, applicable taxes, and payment-related support; by completing a purchase you also agree to Paddle’s buyer terms. Other services may be invoiced directly by IASoft PVT LTD. By providing a payment method, you expressly authorize the applicable fees to be charged through these providers.

4. Use of Services

IASoft provides digital, software, and hardware services. You agree to use these services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Misuse, abuse, or unauthorized access to our systems is prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the IASoft platform, including but not limited to software, text, displays, images, and the design thereof, are owned by IASoft PVT LTD and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall IASoft, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page and updating the effective date.
