Auxid C++23

Auxid

The Rigid C++ Platform

Auxid

Auxid is a C++23 platform for building high-performance applications, shipped as a named module you pull in with a single import. It follows Rigid C++ principles: no exceptions, no RTTI, explicit allocators, and a two-tier error model where Result carries recoverable failures and panic marks bugs. Where the standard library already fits, Auxid composes with it; where it does not, Auxid ships data-oriented replacements. Free for noncommercial use under PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0, with commercial licensing available from IASoft.

Key Features

What Auxid brings to your C++ projects.

Modules-First API

A single import auxid; brings in core, memory, containers, threading, and filesystem. No mega-headers, no precompiled headers.

No Exceptions, Ever

Errors flow through Result and AU_TRY, and the no-exceptions flags propagate to every consumer of the library rather than being opt-in.

Explicit Allocators

An rpmalloc thread-caching heap and a scoped ArenaAllocator behind one allocator concept, plus Box, Arc, and IntrusiveArc smart pointers.

Cache-Friendly Containers

SwissTable-style HashMap and HashSet with SIMD group probing, String with small-string optimization, CompactVec and TinyVec, and a lock-free SpscQueue.

STL Interop Built In

Result and Option round-trip with std::expected and std::optional, Vec and String model contiguous ranges, and std::filesystem is wrapped without throwing.

Cross-Platform

x64 and ARM64 on Linux, Windows, and macOS, plus WebAssembly via Emscripten, built with Clang, Clang-CL, MSVC, or GCC.
